We begin slicing your template right after the payment has been received and it will be ready within the chosen timeframe from that moment onwards. This time does not include revisions; depending on the amount of revisions you want this may take slightly longer.

A subpage is an additional page that with different content using a similar structure to your template. Each subpage costs $75 if it has a similar resemblance to your original template; if your subpage requires additional work we will charge little more.
We are mainly front-end developers but we can do basic/intermediate PHP scripting. If your site needs some sort small script such as a contact form, AJAX form validation, visual effect or anything similar we can work something out for you at an additional price.
My current site uses tables/old code, can you convert it to a standard based markup?
Yes, we sure can! If you still have your original template saved as a source we will simply re-slice it, if you don't we'll use your existing site and convert it over!

Files & Templates
What information would be useful to you?
Being more descriptive regarding the desired output will help us slice your template the way you want it and faster. Be sure to include the following as the minimum:
- Source: Make sure you send us the source file of your template, preferably in PSD (Photoshop).
- Fonts: If your project uses custom fonts please be sure to include them.
- Rollovers: Your website may have rollovers on certain elements such as the navigation or main links in your content, be sure to include their states (colours or images).
- Other : If there's anything you can think off let us know, e.g. maybe you want one content box to have a fixed height, but if there's more content the height will auto-expand and not truncate.
What do you mean by a source file and what files should I provide you?
A source file is the file in which your template has all the information about layers, colours, fonts and other elements to your template saved. In order to achieve best output we recommend you send us the source file (PSD) as we can easily break up your layers and slice your site more efficiently. Any of the following formats are acceptable:
- Photoshop PSD (Preferred)
- Illustrator AI
- Fireworks PNG
- PDFs, JPG/JPEGs, GIF or TIFF
My site has custom effects, is this included in the price and how do I send you this information?
If your effect is something minor and doesn't require much coding it comes included in the price; however, if it does require additional time we'll charge a small fee for this. The elements that need to be displayed on this effect should be included as a separate file or simply as a layer on your source file (It can be hidden - if it is, let us know). Moreover, if you send a small description and outline that this has to be done it will help us!
Can you slice my template pixel perfect?
If your template needs to be sliced pixel perfect please let us know when submitting your order.
I have several files, how do I send them over?
If your website has several templates and additional files simply archive them in a ZIP or RAR format and upload them using the online order form.

What browsers do you test my website on?
Your website is tested on Internet Explorer(PC), Mozilla Firefox (MAC/PC), Safari (Mac/PC) and Opera (PC). Your sliced template will be compatible with the browsers mentioned above.
Do you support older browsers?

Do you use hacks for IE6?
